Yes, we accept orders online as well as by phone, fax or snail mail. To place an order by fax you will need to print out your invoice/receipt, then write the payment method you intend on using and fax it to 1-877-337-4759.

We collect your email address for emailing you an order confirmation and tracking number; we do not share your email address with any third parties that will send you unwanted or spam mail. Your email address is solely for use between you (buyer) and Friskycity.com to respond to any inquiries regarding orders or products. Actual shipping address is collected for shipping purposes and is used between Friskycity.com and the selected carrier only. Billing information is collected after you place your order for office use only. Your billing information may only be disclosed to the issuing bank only for verification purposes.

I didn't receive a confirmation email, was my order submitted successfully?  ^ Top of the Page
If you didn't receive an order confirmation email even though you confirmed and submitted your order, our server most likely still received your order. Some email services may not accept our emails due to the nature of our business. If you want your order confirmation number and more information on your order you may email customerservice@friskycity.com or phone us at 1-877-337-4759.

I inadvertently placed a duplicate order. What should I do now?  ^ Top of the Page
Call Friskycity.com customer service at 1-877-337-4759. We will void the order for you as long as it has not yet been invoiced or shipped. If duplicate orders have been shipped, obtain the tracking number(s) for the order(s) you do not want and call shipping carrier to refuse those shipments. You will be refunded in full when those items are returned to Friskycity.com.

Will I get a tracking number for my package?  ^ Top of the Page
Depending on which payment method you used for your order, you will either receive an email with your tracking number or you will be able to obtain your tracking number by visiting our Customer Service Section. Tracking for First Class International shipping will NOT be provided since this method is untrackable. Since some computers do not accept our emails due to the nature of our business you may also email us at customerservice@friskycity.com and we can advise you on your order's progress.

How do I track my order status online?  ^ Top of the Page
If you did not receive your tracking number by email you can log into your account on Friskycity.com and next to your order you will see the tracking number. You can then enter this number at the following websites to get the most recent status on your order's progress.

If you have a tracking number and USPS is your carrier you can track your package on the USPS self tracking page at: USPS Track and Confirm
*Please note USPS does not provide real-time tracking. The tracking # is updated on the USPS site daily or every other day. However, sometimes there are no updates at all.

Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?  ^ Top of the Page
No. Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by calling Friskycity.com customer service at 1-877-337-4759. Once our warehouses have scanned an order, items cannot be added or deleted. Once any package from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.

How long does it generally take to process an order?  ^ Top of the Page
Items ordered from Friskycity.com are typically processed within one to two business days after the order is placed. Therefore, orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday would be processed by Monday or Tuesday. The order will be processed first, then shipped. All orders are shipped in plain packages with absolutely no indication of the contents inside. The return address will show our company name "Unbeatable Values, Inc". Shipping generally takes 2 to 7 days depending on your selected shipping method.

What if the item I order is out of stock?  ^ Top of the Page
Nearly 100% of our items are in-stock; We only offer items for sale on our site that we know we have in stock at that time. By chance if you happen to purchase an item that is out-of- stock, we will notify you of such to see if you would like to replace it with a similar item, get a refund, or have us hold your order until the out-of-stock item becomes available.

What happens if an item is backordered or discontinued?  ^ Top of the Page
If an item is found to be on backorder or discontinued from the manufacturer after your order has been placed, then we will notify you of such by email to see if you would like a replacement item(s) or for us to issue you a refund for the amount you were charged for that item(s) minus any shipment costs that may now apply if total cost of order is now below $50. If we do not get a response to our email within 2 business days a refund for the item(s), minus any shipment costs that may now apply if total cost of order is now below $50, will be issued and the remaining items in your order will be processed.

How do I use Friskycity.com's shopping cart?  ^ Top of the Page
Search for the items you want to buy. Click "Add To Cart" for each item you want. If you want to buy more than one unit of an item, input the desired quantity in the "Qty" field, and click "Update". If you need to shop for more items, click "continue shopping". After you've added all items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, click "Proceed to Checkout" and select which way you prefer to check out. Current members can log into their account and new customer's can create an account so your future check out's will be much faster. The contents of your shopping cart will be held for you during this process. After creating an account, you should proceed to check out as normal. Select a shipping method and your total charges for the order will update. How do I cancel or add additional products to my order?  ^ Top of the Page
To add additional products to an existing order or to cancel an order you can either email us at customerservice@friskycity.com or call us toll-free at 1-877-337-4759. Please note that once our warehouses have scanned an order, items cannot be added or deleted. Also, once any package from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided. Credit card refunds will appear on your statement in the next billing cycle or, in the case of online banking, should appear in your account within 10-14 business days.

What's your Return and Exchange Policy?  ^ Top of the Page
We do not offer refunds. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for UNUSED DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). There is a 10 day credit/exchange policy on all unused defective items from the time your shipment arrives, with the following conditions:

  • Toys and Lubricants: No returns on oils and lubricants including all novelties unless defective. Defective items will be replaced with the SAME item only. Items must be returned with original packaging and your RMA number.
  • Clothing, lingerie and bondage wear: Is there a product defect or did you receive a different size than you ordered? Please ensure you are ordering the correct size as we can only accept returns due to you receiving a size other than or different from what you ordered. Per Florida state regulations, panties are not returnable under any circumstances. All worn or damaged clothing will be refused as non-exchangeable.
  • Videos/DVD's: Items are only exchanged if original product is defective. Items must be returned with original packaging and your RMA number.
  • Edible Items: Due to the nature of these items (i.e. they cannot be resold) edible items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All items not qualifying for credit/exchange as outlined above will not be returned to the customer.

First, please contact us at customerservice@friskycity.com if you receive any defective items and return those items in their original packaging within 10 days to the address on your packing slip. Items returned without original packaging will NOT qualify for a credit/exchange so please keep all packaging for the 10 day credit/exchange period. If you have further questions or problems, please Contact Us. If you do not follow all of the instructions, you will not qualify for the credit/exchange at all or may incur a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping costs to return products are assumed by the customer, however we will re-ship the product at no extra cost. In your return package please include:

  • The packing slip
  • A note telling us what the problem was
  • A note stating whether you would like store credit or an exchange for another item.
  • If you do not include a note, you may not qualify for a credit/exchange!

Once we receive the defective item, please allow up to 1 week to receive your replacement.

Your order is automatically forwarded to the next warehouse in line until your complete order has shipped. You do not pay additional shipping if your order has to ship from more than one warehouse. This is done to expedite shipping and to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. If we need to ship multiple packages you will receive an email notifying you of such.

If you have your tracking number, you can get the most recent status on your order's progress as outlined above. If that tracking information is not up-to-date or is not providig you with enough information on the whereabouts of your package, contact UPS or US Mail with your tracking number to see if they have information on when your package will arrive. If contacting the shipping company does not help, or if you do not have a tracking number contact us.

Friskycity.com requires a signature for all orders over $150.

Can I ship to a military address?  ^ Top of the Page
Yes, for shipping purposes, all U.S. military personnel are considered to be in the United States, regardless of where they are stationed. Because of this, there are certain special guidelines to follow when filling out a military delivery address.
For City, Enter either APO (for Army Post Office) or FPO (for Fleet Post Office).
For State, Select AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe, Middle East), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific).
Enter the zip code provided by the military.
For Country, select United States regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
Because of military guidelines, we have to ship your order via the United States Postal Service and delivery can take up to 10 business days.

Yes, we ship to Canada via regular postal service unless otherwise requested directly by the customer. Shipping charges start from $16.95 and up and will be calculated during the checkout process. Please allow 3-15 business days for your delivery to arrive depending on which shipping method was selected. Some deliveries may take longer depending on your location, and customs. We are not responsible for any additional charges, tariffs and taxes that customs may impose and have not included that in the shipping cost.
