You can shop confidentially at FriskyCity and feel secure knowing that we discreetly package each and every order placed by our customers. Simply put, FriskyCity values the privacy of every customer and every order.
Items ordered from Friskycity are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Therefore, orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday would be processed by Monday or Tuesday. The order will be processed first, then shipped. See additional notes below:
Our delivery costs are very competitive and are based on current carrier rates. Large, bulky or heavy items will incur an additional charge. Be sure to read the special shipping information that appears in the description on the product page of oversized items.
All domestic orders are shipped through USPS Mail. However, we may substitute Fed Ex or UPS for some orders depending on current shipping rates. Our delivery time starts after the order is processed. See additional notes below:
You will receive an email with your tracking number information once your order is shipped; Tracking for First Class International shipping will NOT be provided since this method is untrackable. You may also enter your confirmation number to obtain your tracking number by visiting our Customer Service page. If you did not receive your tracking number by email you can log into your account on Friskycity.com and next to your order you will see the tracking number. You can then enter this number at the following websites to get the most recent status on your order's progress.

You can shop confidentially at FriskyCity and feel secure knowing that we discreetly package each and every order placed by our customers. Simply put, FriskyCity values the privacy of every customer and every order.
- We ship using either a plain white or brown box, a standard issue USPS Priority Mail box, or a plain brown UPS Box.
- For further confidentiality our store name will never appear on the packaging; The "From" address will even have a discreet name.
- Worried about credit card companies or others knowing where you are shopping? Not to worry, your credit card statement will read "Unbeatable Values, Inc."
- To summarize, all packaging is of plain non-descript boxes. You WILL NOT see the name FriskyCity.com on your credit card statement. You WILL NOT see the name FriskyCity.com printed on the outside of your order.

- Orders that have selected Priority or Express Shipping Services will be processed before orders that select Standard Ground Shipping Service.
- Orders selecting Express Shipping Service and placed on business days before 11:00 AM (EST) will be shipped the same business day.
- If an item is found to be on backorder or discontinued from the manufacturer after your order has been placed, then we will notify you of such by email to see if you would like a replacement item or for us to issue you a refund for the amount you were charged for that item. If we do not get a response to our email within 1 business day a refund for the item will be issued and the remaining items in your order will be processed.
- If your order consists of more than one item, it is possible that your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on availability of items at each of our warehouses. Your order is automatically forwarded to the next warehouse in line until your complete order has shipped. You do not pay additional shipping if your order has to ship from more than one warehouse. This is done to expedite shipping and to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. If we need to ship multiple packages you will receive an email notifying you of such.

- All P.O. Box, APO and FPO orders will be shipped via USPS Mail.
- First Class Shipping will typically arrive in 4-7 business days.
- Priority Mail Shipping will typically arrive within 2 -3 business days; however the Post Office will not guarantee delivery in that time frame.
- Express Shipping will typically arrive in 1-2 business days if the order is placed on business days before 11:00 AM (EST).
- We ship to most international destinations with a few exceptions. We DO NOT ship to the following countries because they are high risk for confiscation by customs: Afghanistan, Argentina, Bahrain, China, Egypt, French Polynesia, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Iran, Jamaica, Jordan, Korea, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Rwanda, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Venezuela, Vietnam, Ukraine, and Yemen.
- International shipments valued under $100.00 can be sent via USPS First-Class International Mail. However, this method is not trackable and we are not responsible for lost packages shipped via this method. USPS First-Class International Mail will take approximately 2-3 weeks from the shipping date to be delivered depending on customs clearance into your country. USPS Express International is our recommended shipping method, and orders valued over $100.00 are shipped this method by default. Packages shipped via USPS Express are trackable and only take approximately 5-10 business days to reach customs. USPS Express Shipping may be a little more expensive than other methods, but gives both FriskyCity and our customers enhanced security and trackability.
- All items sold here are legal in the US; however, certain countries have restrictions as to the use and or sale of sex toys. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. If there is an import restriction and your order is returned to us you will not receive a refund for the shipping charge on your order. We are not liable for any items that are seized or confiscated by any foreign government. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS/CREDITS FOR SEIZED ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNED TO US. In addition, once the order is in the hands of the shipper it is out of FriskyCity's control; we are not responsible for any damage or lost packages once in the hands of the shipper.
- You are responsible for any tariffs, import duties or international taxes imposed in your region at time of delivery. If you choose to abandon your package rather than pay customs duties, we will not issue a refund for your order. In addition, Packages returned as unclaimed or refused which have incurred returned shipping charges will be billed to your credit card.
- Once an international shipment arrives into the destination country and customs has received the package, it is the customs agents who make all the final delivery arrangements. After tracking the package on www.USPS.com and it states the package is in customs the customer can contact their local customs agents to receive final delivery information or to make arrangements.
- For international shipping, prices may be higher than those shown to you when placing an order due to the size and weight of the package. If there is a difference in shipping cost we will notify you prior to shipping so please check your email frequently for the first few days after you place your International order. If there is a difference in shipping cost you can then cancel your order, choose a different shipping address or continue with your order. If you choose to continue with your order, we will add the new shipping cost to the total of your order. Before placing your order you can also contact us with the SKU number (found under the specifications tab of the product) and your shipping address and we will offer you a quote.
- FriskyCity reserves the right to cancel any international order if we can not verify the legitimatacy of the credit card or PayPal data. We prefer international purchases be made by confirmed and verified PayPal accounts rather than credit cards.
- We are required by customs to describe and put a value on all the contents of the packages we send internationally; for confidentiality reasons, we will use terms such as "massager" and "lotion."
- Canadian shipments will take approximately 3-15 days from the shipping date to be delivered depending on customs clearance times and shipping method selected.

We are not responsible for any additional charges, tariffs, ot taxes imposed by customs at time of delivery. **PLEASE NOTE: We do not issue credits of any sort for shipment delays due to weather related issues and other events beyond the control of FriskyCity and our shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, FEDEX, etc.). Events include airport closings and natural disasters. Most packages will be delivered between the hours of 11:00am and 7:00pm.
